Since mastering the delicate art of homemade pasta in his grandparent’s restaurant, Luca Ciaffarafà has been driven by a deep love of traditional Tuscan cooking. Today, after years of experimentation and experience, including a spell training at the world famous Istituto Etoile in Venice, his recipes are certainly unique but remain pure in their homage to his regional roots.
In the true spirit of his homeland, Luca is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients of the highest quality – the foundation of his menu. Wine is also an intrinsic part of Italian dining and, as a professional sommelier, Luca offers his guests a genuine taste of Siena, where Italian food and wine culture is at its very best.
