Chef Antonio Vitale brings Michelin star standards to Hotel d’Inghilterra’s restaurant kitchen. Prior to joining us, his culinary journey was an impressive one. It started in Italy at two-starred Locanda Solarola in Castel Guelfo, Bologna and one-starred La Voglia Matta in Fusignano.
He then moved to Lisbon to join the Il Cipriani team at the Lapa Palace, and Malta at the Palazzo Parise before coming back to Italy to work on the creation of Hotel Caruso in Ravello and at Venice’s Ristorante Aromi. As he embraces Rome’s venerable cuisine heritage, his honed craft, creative spirit and passion for ingredients shines through every dish.
